Customizing Emails on GroupList.io

GroupList.io provides a library of professionally designed templates you can use to quickly start your campaign:

1. Navigate to Campaigns in your dashboard
2. Click "New Campaign" and choose "Load Template"
3. Select from prebuilt designs or your saved templates

You can save custom templates to reuse and edit them anytime.

Use personalization tags like [Name,fallback=there] to address your subscribers directly. These tags automatically pull subscriber data from your list fields.

• [Email] – Subscriber email
• [Name] – Subscriber name
• [CustomField] – Any custom field you’ve defined

You can preview and test these before sending to ensure they render properly.

To maintain consistency with your brand:

• Include your logo and brand colors in templates
• Use custom footers with legal information, contact details, and unsubscribe links
• Set your From Name and Reply-to Email to match your brand identity

If you're comfortable with HTML, use the code editor to build completely custom layouts. Great for developers or email designers who need granular control.
