Yes. You can configure a custom sending domain or alias domain. This requires DNS setup and is included in some paid upgrades.

How do I avoid getting my account suspended?

Make sure your email list is permission-based, your bounce rate stays below 0.01%, and you don’t receive spam complaints. We have a zero-tolerance spam policy.

Do you support drip campaigns or autoresponders?

Yes. You can create time-based sequences under the Drip Campaigns tab. Set delays between emails and customize content per step.

Can I customize my email templates?

Absolutely. You can create and save email templates using our drag-and-drop editor or import HTML directly.

What happens if I go over my monthly quota?

You can purchase additional sends or wait until your monthly quota renews. Usage is tracked in your dashboard.

Is there an API for developers?
