Getting Started with GroupList.io

To get started, create your free GroupList.io account. If registration is invite-only, you’ll need an invite code. You can request one from the invite page.

Every user can create up to 10 free email aliases using the @grouplist.io domain. These aliases act as email forwarders and can be used to protect your real email address or manage multiple channels.

To create an alias:

1. Go to your dashboard and select "Email Aliases".
2. Choose a handle (e.g., [email protected]).
3. Enter your real email where messages should be forwarded.
4. Click "Create Alias".

With GroupList, you can create group email lists for announcements or communications:

• Create a new list — Name your list and specify a default sender.
• Add contacts — Import via CSV or add manually.
• Control replies — Choose if replies go to everyone, just the sender, or to a custom address.

You can choose from pre-built templates to design beautiful emails or create your own with HTML. All templates are mobile-optimized and include:

• Drag-and-drop builder for easy layout edits
• Reusable templates for recurring campaigns
• Custom branding: colors, logo, and footers

Templates support personalization and unsubscribe links for compliance and deliverability.

• Get HTML embed code directly from your list settings
• Customize fields, colors, and thank-you messages
• Connect with your alias or group list automatically

Now that your account is set up, you can start sending announcements, building your subscriber base, and experimenting with different templates and features.
